What do I do when no order confirmation received?
Yes. Often e-mail addresses are mistyped in the order form. We kindly ask you to verify your data before sending your order. Other common reasons for not receiving an e-mail confirmation are overloaded e-mail accounts or spam filters.
If your order (and payment) went through, it will be shipped even the e-mail address is erroneous.
